Oh, staying up this early in the morning is mean :/.
I have been invited to dinner by a good friend, and originally, i should have had noodles, but because I try to eat low carb at this time, i decided to replace the noodles with beans instead. ^^

For a couple of days, I have to wake up even earlier.. about 4:20... I am not sure if I can handle this.. after sleeping from 00:00!

Anyway, was the bean good? What other food do you usually eat for your low-carb diet?

Well, hardly everything except bread, noodles and white sugar.
Much vegetables and fruits. Much meat and eggs.
Of course I am not resigning complete carbohydrates ( Kohlenhydrate). But the less carbs, the better.
So you even can eat fat things without gaining weight.
