ich hab früher oft versehentlich angeschimmeltes Brot gegessen, bzw. war meine Familie am Anfang noch so drauf, dass vom Brot nur die verschimmelte Stelle weggeschnitten wurde oder die verschimmelten Scheiben weggeschmissen worden... sie haben damals immer zu mir gesagt "Den Rest kann man noch essen"... mittlerweile weiß man ja, dass man den Rest eben trotzdem nich mehr essen soll... seitdem bin ich da pingelig.
wenn ich n Paket Brot aufmache, nehm ich nur die Scheiben raus, die ich essen will und den Rest frier ich direkt ein, selbst wenns laut Aufdruck noch lange haltbar is... wenn das Paket erstmal offen is, schimmelt das aber immer sau schnell :/
